Hennepin County Sheriffs Officers holding cans of irritants inside the garage of the Hennepin County Public Safety Facility, aka the Hennepin Jail. Officers were preparing for any escalations in protests that were occurring outside the jail. Protesters were demanding the release of protesters who were arrested earlier in the evening after a protest through downtown.
