Protesters take to the streets after the Ramsey County & Hennepin County Sheriffs Department Officers shoot and kill WInston Smith while a federal task force attempted to make an arrest in a parking garage.
Protesters gathered in Uptown Minneapolis in the evening after Winston Smith was killed by law enforcement.
