Sunrise as fires burn a block over on Nicollet Avenue.
Minneapolis Fire outside the O'Reilly Auto Parts store on Nicollet. Prior to arriving, neigbhors were attempting to put the fire out with buckets of water.
O'Reilly and Family Dollar burning on Nicollet Ave shortly after sunrise. With no firemen arriving. the community was passing along filled water buckets to help save their apartment building next door.
