Minneapolis residents meet at City Hall to hand deliver ethics complaints against Mayor Frey to the city attorney's office. The complaints all surround the Minneapolis Police shooting death of Amir Locke on February 2, 2022. They promise many more will be coming.
Amir Locke’s mother joined by families of Jamar Clark, Winston Smith & others: “I gave birth to him 11/11/99. He dies 2/2/22. My son was 22. His name was Amir and we gave birth to a prince.” Collectively w/ attorney Ben Crump they ask for President Biden to ban no-knock warrants.
